When visiting Kent Christian Church you will notice something different than other congregations. We seek to encourage the heart, equip the person, and engage the culture. These are not just catch-phrases to us, they are a change and a move to seek the truth and live it in Christ. It is our desire to mentor as well as equip disciples to become better servants for the kingdom. Therefore, we strive to have an active faith based on truth.

Sunday Bible Classes start at 8:45 am

Worship Service starts at 10 am

Parking for our church is at the rear of the building where our main entrance is located.

Upon entering at the main door, a Welcome Crew Member will assist you with finding the best Sunday Class as well as finding a comfortable seat during the service.

We have Sunday Youth Classes and various Sunday Adult Classes that are sure to challenge as well as engage.

Worship Service every Sunday contains a time of singing praises to God, a time for immersed believers to share in communion, and a time to hear preaching.  There are also many opportunities to engage in fellowship with other believers around these activities. We offer a blended music service with traditional hymns as well as contemporary music.

Children’s Worship begins during our Sunday Service for pre-school ages three to five.

Junior Church is dismissed during Worship Service and is for children in kindergarten through the third grade.

Accepting that we are created by God in His image, we seek to encourage the heart of each member of our congregation. We passionately desire to encourage each person’s deep, God-given aspirations for Christ’s kingdom. This includes lifting each other up specifically as men and women as well as inspiring and strengthening our youth. We are instructed as Christians to “Be devoted to one another in brotherly love; give preference to one another in honor;” (Romans 12:10, NASB). Our devotion expresses itself in our service and how we get involved in our church.
